These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the West TN Lawn & Pest website and services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
West TN Lawn & Pest provides residential lawn weed control, fertilization, and outdoor pest control services in Jackson, TN and surrounding West Tennessee communities. Service details, visit schedules, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.
Our annual lawn care programs are structured as seasonal plans with multiple visits throughout the year. There are no long-term contracts required. You may cancel at any time with reasonable notice, though we reserve the right to prorate any discounts applied for commitment-based pricing.
Starting prices are $60 per visit. Final pricing is based on lawn size and specific service needs as assessed during your free quote.
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for scheduled service visits. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before visits. If access is denied or conditions prevent safe service (e.g., locked gates, aggressive animals), we may need to reschedule, which may affect your plan's timeline.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a treatment result, contact us within 14 days and we will return to retreat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to reasonable conditions (e.g., turf disease or damage not caused by weed control applications).
Payment is due at the time of service or as invoiced. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as noted at checkout. Late payments may be subject to a late fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in suspension of service.
You may cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Services already performed are non-refundable except under our satisfaction guarantee terms above.
All products we apply are EPA-registered and applied by trained professionals in accordance with label instructions. We recommend keeping children and pets off treated areas until dry (typically 1–2 hours, or as instructed at service). You are responsible for informing us of any known sensitivities or environmental concerns on your property before service begins.
We take reasonable care when working on your property. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal lawn stress due to weather or drought, damage caused by customer-provided information that is incorrect, or issues arising from conditions outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, lawn disease, pest infestations beyond our scope).
Our liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using automated tools to scrape or disrupt the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of West TN Lawn & Pest and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Tennessee.
